Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips; forecast and update key milestones and budget.
  • •Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized and apply best practices across projects.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously and manage interfaces between suppliers through trackers and weekly reviews.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and manage local design teams in accordance with commission criteria, providing technical support and rapid RFI responses as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
