Key Responsibilities

  • •Own month- and quarter-end product collateral updates, including production and maintenance of presentations, factsheets, commentaries, infographics, annual reports, and related reporting.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear, compliant product messaging, including timely review, approval, and delivery of content.
  • •Support regulatory and governance deliverables, including fund board materials and prospectus/SAI review support.
  • •Serve as a key contact for marketing and RFP teams by maintaining accurate product data and supporting standard RFP/DDQ content and positioning.
  • •Partner with CPMs and investment teams to support product positioning and go-to-market priorities, including competitive/peer analysis using Morningstar and eVestment.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
  • •Experience across equities asset classes and a strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and processes.
  • •Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office, Morningstar, eVestment, Bloomberg, and other software (AI tools preferred).
  • •Undergraduate degree required, preferably in business or a related discipline.
  • •Series 7 and 63 required within 6 months of employment.
