Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, including detailed analysis and financial modeling to support budgeting and long-term strategy.
  • •Monitor and analyze financial performance of R&D projects, assess risks and opportunities, and report KPIs with actionable insights to senior management.
  • •Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to optimize budget utilization and financial performance.
  • •Prepare and present actionable insights for business partners, including scenario planning, business case development, and competitive analysis.
  • •Manage the monthly and quarterly Engineering Cost Model (ECM), performing data checks to ensure accurate and timely outputs and analyzing programs/investments for financial return.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • •Systems and information management for cost modeling including SAC, SAC-P, and Adaptive Insights.
  • •Business Intelligence tools experience in Power BI or Tableau for financial reporting and modeling.
