Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategic AI Partnership: Collaborate with Shared Services leadership to identify, shape and prioritise AI-enabled transformation opportunities and act as a trusted advisor to Finance, HR and Operations leaders.
  • •AI & Transformation Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven initiatives (process automation, predictive analytics, intelligent reporting, decision support) across Shared Services.
  • •Change & Adoption: Embed change with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are adopted and deliver sustained impact, and upskill teams in AI literacy.
  • •Governance & Value Realisation: Define success metrics, track benefits realisation, report progress to executives, and maintain alignment with data governance and regulatory requirements.
  • •Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with organisational standards while leveraging GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years’ experience in business transformation, digital transformation, or AI-enabled change, ideally within engineering, consulting, professional services, or similarly complex organisations.
  • •Proven track record of delivering transformation within Shared Services (Finance, HR, Procurement, GBS/GCC environments).
  • •Hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, or advanced analytics in real business settings (not purely advisory).
  • •Strong stakeholder management experience, including senior leadership and functional heads.
  • •Proven experience delivering digital or AI-enabled solutions; experience in matrix, multi-country organisations; exposure to ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and shared services platforms.
