  • •Build and maintain Workday Developer Tools to improve productivity of engineers and the development lifecycle
  • •Collaborate with PMs and product engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust tooling solutions
  • •Design, document, and ship APIs and microservices that support scalable development workflows
  • •Participate in a fast-paced agile environment, delivering on time and with high quality
  • •Write technical design documents and contribute to development strategy and best practices

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software development experience, leading technical initiatives, designing complex systems, and ensuring the scalability and maintainability of software products
  • •8+ years of Object Oriented and/or Functional Design and Programming (e.g.: Java, Javascript, Ruby, Scala, etc)
  • •Deep expertise and experience in API Development and designing, building and shipping microservices
  • •Experience working with automation, CI/CD or web testing software
  • •BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field
