Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver remote and on-site technology support for store infrastructure, including network connectivity, switching, wireless access points, structured cabling, and store applications.
  • •Support incident resolution and work escalated incidents from the IT Service Desk, monitoring and upgrading workstations in Ivanti/WSO.
  • •Maintain store technology including POS terminals, payment devices, receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, back-office PCs, routers/firewalls, and in-store digital tools.
  • •Coordinate store openings, renovations, and relocations by validating network readiness, preparing infrastructure requirements, testing devices, and ensuring handover to operations.
  • •Manage IT policies and procedures, set up QoS dashboards/metrics for external partners, follow up on SLA/SLO, and coordinate vendor relationships, including hardware stock and shortage management.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record in IT support or store technology operations, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or multi-site environment.
  • •Strong understanding of retail store operations, POS environments, and store networks, including how technology availability impacts client experience.
  • •Hands-on ability to operationally support projects, troubleshoot issues, and drive topics to deliver business value.
  • •Strong knowledge of store infrastructure including LAN/WAN connectivity, switching, wireless networks, access points, structured cabling, and network troubleshooting.
  • •7+ years’ experience, including at least 3 years in a retail company; English communication mandatory.
