Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement customized solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Field Service, Customer Service or Sales & Marketing.
  • •Utilize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform for client implementations.
  • •Advise clients on designing and optimizing their service processes.
  • •Support clients throughout the entire implementation, from requirements analysis to international rollout.
  • •Participate in solution design, prototyping and testing to ensure optimal delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Field Service, Customer Service or Sales & Marketing.
  • •Experience with MS SQL Server or other Microsoft technologies.
