Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Oracle work order release schedules to provide on-time material to manufacturing and engineering, rescheduling and completing discrete jobs as required.
  • •Perform pre-shortage analysis and work order variance analysis; increase component availability at time of release.
  • •Review MRP execution for accuracy, reconcile supply and demand, and validate master scheduling/PDS requirements.
  • •Ensure proper disposition and tracking of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs); perform system maintenance and audits and prepare status reports for ECOs/ECRs.
  • •Participate in floor audits with Finance, resolve WIP issues, provide status on material shortage commit dates, and perform process control activities including cycle counting.
