Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate the asset sales process, including customer interface, document completion, and discrepancy resolution for mortgage cases.
  • •Handle asset product disbursal for the region and support both new and existing business cases through branch asset specialists.
  • •Develop expert knowledge of the customer base, market trends, and competitor activities to drive strategic direction.
  • •Engage with builders, brokers, and other intermediaries to develop regional business.
  • •Coordinate daily with internal stakeholders (e.g., underwriting, Legal) for pre- and post-approval activities and provide back-end support to branch RMs for login, approval, and disbursal.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with 4–7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
  • •Independently exercise professional judgement, discretion, and decision-making authority in planning and directing work.
  • •Represent the organization with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Allocate and prioritize work, provide direction and feedback, and manage team capacity and leave in line with policy as applicable.
