Key Responsibilities

•Drive the strategy for building AI/ML-powered tools to enhance developer velocity and automate complex Continuous Integration tasks.
•Define and communicate a technical strategic vision and roadmap for continuous delivery.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Program Management, Operations, and other scrum teams to deliver outcomes.
•Recruit and mentor a globally distributed group of diverse employees.
•Build internal tools and automation, roll out deliverables in phases, and establish metrics/processes for ongoing assessment and improvement.

Key Requirements

•Track record leading or managing high-performing platform teams (3 years experience minimum).
•Experience delivering end-to-end projects and building roadmaps through operational sustainability.
•Strong facilitation skills for design, requirements gathering, and progress/status sessions.
•Production experience with distributed systems running in AWS (GCP is a bonus).
•Experience developing Continuous Delivery pipelines using Java, Jenkins, AWS, Docker, Python, Ruby, Bash, and more, plus building internal developer tools.
