Job Summary

Lead a team responsible for Wholesale Payments client support, ensuring accurate resolution and escalation of issues to improve client relationships and drive profitable growth. Partner with Line of Business, Product, and stakeholders to refine processes, roll out features, and meet service levels while supporting continuous improvement. Manage risk controls and governance routines, oversee talent and performance activities, and serve as a subject matter expert for quality and efficiency initiatives.

•Lead and support a group delivering Wholesale Payments solutions, encouraging collaboration and teammate engagement within Client Success.
•Ensure accurate execution and/or resolution of wholesale service issues, acting as the point of escalation and partnering with other leaders.
•Maintain risk controls through documented procedures and governance routines, supporting operational risk management and compliance with State and Federal regulations.
•Drive client satisfaction by managing capacity needs, meeting/exceeding established service levels, and supporting end-to-end onboarding and client experience efficiencies.
•Manage talent-related activities including recruitment, retention, performance management, career development, succession planning, and training/coaching.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of risk and controls, operational risk management methodologies, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
