Job Summary

Operate and support enterprise network stacks across LAN/WAN/cloud platforms, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Provide shift-based continuous monitoring with Tier 2/3 support, participate in 24x7 on-call, and support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of corporate network systems.
•Maintain, troubleshoot, and support cloud, LAN, WAN, and WLAN network infrastructure in complex local and global environments.
•Collaborate on network design documentation to ensure security compliance, scalable infrastructure, and highly available operations.
•Assess and facilitate network requests including firewall policies, VPN, carrier services, cabling/physical connectivity, network design/configuration, L2/3 services, cryptography, and network architecture (DNS/DHCP/IPAM).
•Provide shift-based continuous monitoring with Tier 2 & 3 support and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation. Incorporate security-first policies and support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related curriculum and 2 years of networking and operating system design, test, and maintenance experience, or an AA degree and 3+ years of equivalent experience.
•Minimum 2 years supporting and maintaining complex network environments.
•Knowledge of firewalls, routers, Layer 2/3 switches (Cisco/Arista), VPCs, VLANs, WiFi, cryptography, and wireless technologies.
•Basic understanding of networking concepts including ACLs, VLANs, DNS, IP addressing, and routing fundamentals.
•Knowledge of IT security policies and SIEM technologies, plus familiarity with network services such as DNS, IPAM, (S)FTP, TFTP, LDAP, SMTP, 802.1x, TLS certificates, and DHCP.
