Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of corporate network systems.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and support cloud, LAN, WAN, and WLAN network infrastructure in complex local and global environments.
  • •Collaborate on network design documentation to ensure security compliance, scalable infrastructure, and highly available operations.
  • •Assess and facilitate network requests including firewall policies, VPN, carrier services, cabling/physical connectivity, network design/configuration, L2/3 services, cryptography, and network architecture (DNS/DHCP/IPAM).
  • •Provide shift-based continuous monitoring with Tier 2 & 3 support and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation. Incorporate security-first policies and support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related curriculum and 2 years of networking and operating system design, test, and maintenance experience, or an AA degree and 3+ years of equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years supporting and maintaining complex network environments.
  • •Knowledge of firewalls, routers, Layer 2/3 switches (Cisco/Arista), VPCs, VLANs, WiFi, cryptography, and wireless technologies.
  • •Basic understanding of networking concepts including ACLs, VLANs, DNS, IP addressing, and routing fundamentals.
  • •Knowledge of IT security policies and SIEM technologies, plus familiarity with network services such as DNS, IPAM, (S)FTP, TFTP, LDAP, SMTP, 802.1x, TLS certificates, and DHCP.
