Key Responsibilities

  • •Commit to a structured two-year training program to obtain flight qualifications.
  • •Participate in ground school in the UAE and overseas, flight simulations, and practical flying training.
  • •Train and adhere to safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
  • •Receive mentoring and support from experienced instructor pilots throughout the training journey.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a UAE National.
  • •Be aged 18-29.
  • •Have a high school diploma (overall 80%+) including Mathematics and Physics, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
  • •Meet English proficiency: minimum IELTS 5.5 or EmSAT English 1250.
  • •Complete or have permanent exemption from UAE National Service at time of application (males only).
