Cadet Pilot Programme

Join the UAE National Cadet Pilot Programme and train for a structured two-year pathway toward flight qualifications. You’ll complete ground school in the UAE and overseas, flight simulations, and practical flying training while following a Safety First approach and adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements. Throughout training, you’ll receive mentoring from experienced instructor pilots. Successful candidates receive staged salary increases, culminating in promotion to Senior First Officer after meeting required hours and ATPL.
