  • •Check daily production paperwork for accuracy, including recipe sheets, quality checks, and shift reports.
  • •Ensure teams have the right tools, monitor performance, and confirm machinery and workstations meet SQF standards.
  • •Oversee processing operations and help solve problems with leaders using critical thinking; communicate effectively when escalating to upper management.
  • •Perform GEMBA walks and drive continuous improvement to positively impact KPIs (safety, quality, people, delivery, cost).
