Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the owner’s representative for procurement on large-scale construction projects.
  • •Support procurement planning aligned to scope, budget, schedule, contracting strategy, and required-on-site dates.
  • •Provide owner-side review and oversight of GC/CM procurement, including status, bid leveling summaries, award recommendations, and key procurement risks.
  • •Support owner-direct procurement activities, including OFCI/OFOI equipment and other owner-managed packages; review scopes, drawings, specifications, proposals, exclusions, assumptions, lead times, and commercial terms.
  • •Track long-lead items and maintain procurement logs; analyze vendor availability/lead times/pricing risks, escalate procurement risks, coordinate stakeholders, and prepare procurement status and risk reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in construction procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related project delivery roles.
  • •Experience supporting large capital projects with complex scopes and strong cost, schedule, and contract controls.
  • •Strong understanding of construction procurement processes, including RFPs, bid leveling, vendor engagement, purchase orders, long-lead items, and OFCI/OFOI coordination.
  • •Ability to review procurement documents (scopes, drawings, specifications, proposals, lead times, and commercial terms) and evaluate proposals for alignment with scope, budget, and delivery needs.
