Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct user research (interviews, usability studies) to understand needs and pain points.
  • •Translate findings into journeys, personas, information architecture, and UX flows.
  • •Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with pixel-perfect execution.
  • •Develop and maintain a scalable design system or UI component library for consistent usability.
  • •Collaborate with frontend engineers and stakeholders; provide handoff specs and iterate using feedback, A/B testing, and analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of UI/UX design experience for web applications or SaaS platforms.
  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, clean UI design, and responsive layouts.
  • •Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Visily, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • •Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and human-centered design.
  • •Experience working in Agile, cross-functional development teams.
