Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify digital transformation and process improvement opportunities in insurance.
  • •Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to find bottlenecks and improvement areas.
  • •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital solutions; develop functional specifications and user stories.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and development teams to drive project implementation and refine/prioritize user stories.
  • •Lead Agile change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, workshops/training materials, and monitoring adoption effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.
  • •Experience in Insurance Digital Transformation projects, including strong knowledge of insurance processes, products, and workflows.
  • •Proven requirements gathering skills, including business process analysis and process modelling, and creating BRD/FRD functional requirements and user stories.
  • •Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with Product Owners and developers on cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and change management including impact assessments.
