  • •Own complex logistic and financial strategic initiatives; collaborate with business units and drive continuous improvement in the delivery network.

  • •Create models and frameworks to industrialise monitoring and support operations.
  • •Improve customer and rider proposition by contributing to outcomes for riders, partners, and customers.

Salary: EUR 56,800 - 71,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a high-paced, project-based organisation (e.g., tech startup or management consultancy).
  • •Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skills (Excel modelling, database work) and excellent Google Suite/Microsoft Office; SQL is a plus.
  • •Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute plans effectively.
  • •Track record autonomously structuring, coordinating, and executing projects.
  • •Excellent communication (oral/written) in English and Italian, including presenting to a senior audience and influencing decisions.
