Key Responsibilities

•Own bring-up and lifecycle of the Linux mission computer, including BSPs, device trees, kernel configuration, and bootloaders on Jetson/Tegra-class SoCs.
•Integrate high-bandwidth sensors into Linux end to end, including MIPI CSI cameras with GMSL/FPD-Link SerDes, V4L2/ISP tuning, radar via PCIe/Ethernet, and time-sync/calibration.
•Build and optimize the real-time sensor-to-GPU data path for perception, localization, and inference with zero-copy, DMA, and latency improvements.
•Stand up and maintain the on-target autonomy and ML execution environment, including CUDA/TensorRT runtime, GPU/CPU scheduling, edge containers, and dependent drivers/libraries.
•Build/customize the embedded Linux image (Yocto or L4T), harden the compute platform for flight constraints, debug integration, and contribute to autonomy runtime middleware/health/state management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of embedded Linux development on custom hardware, including device tree configuration, BSP customization, and kernel bring-up.
•Experience integrating cameras and sensors on Linux, including MIPI CSI, V4L2, and GMSL/FPD-Link SerDes, owning the sensor-to-memory path.
•Experience with Yocto or L4T-based build systems; fluency in C, C++, Bash, and Python.
•Strong hardware debugging with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, CAN, and UART; able to read schematics and collaborate with electrical engineers.
•Track record taking Linux-based compute platforms from bring-up to real-world deployment with real-time/performance optimization.
