Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver profitable underwriting and management for new and renewal Global Captive Fronting business to meet global LoB targets.
  • •Act as subject matter expert for captive fronted programs and provide technical advice on program structures and design.
  • •Drive portfolio growth by developing new business in conjunction with market management and LoBs.
  • •Manage governance and compliance, including credit risk, legal documentation, credit enhancements, deal sign-off, sanctions compliance, and licensing requirements.
  • •Manage a portfolio of Global Captive Fronting multinational accounts, including credit exposure management, fee negotiation, account profitability, and client relationship management.

Key Requirements

  • •Captive Fronting or multinational experience would be advantageous.
  • •Good understanding of lines of business, competitor landscape, and the legal/regulatory framework.
  • •Intermediate risk assessment and management skills, including assessing risks inherent exposures and natural hazards.
  • •Experience in contract drafting and interpretation with consistent, robust wording.
  • •Advanced policy management expertise across the policy administration life cycle, including premium bookings, cancellation, and credit control.
