Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert and manage Common Services teams while delivering complex projects to maintain security, on-time, and on-budget execution.
  • •Oversee and support ~10 applications including scheduling, SFTP/file exchange, messaging/email services, logging/reporting, and event management.
  • •Create and deliver comprehensive project plans, remove impediments, track performance, and align cross-functional teams to achieve roadmap goals.
  • •Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, enabling decision-making and ensuring adherence to engineering standards, security requirements, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • •Coordinate production deployments, releases, and cutovers; ensure operational excellence through governance, resiliency testing, disaster recovery readiness, and continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements
