Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and maintenance of the site Quality Management System for AS9100D, ISO 9001, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and support internal, customer, and certification audits, including hosting external audits and closing findings on time.
  • •Drive Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities and continuous improvement to improve quality performance.
  • •Manage customer quality concerns and lead resolution activities to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • •Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and coordinate quality and compliance training, promoting aerospace Safety Management Systems (SMS).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Quality Operations auditing, QMS, and continuous improvement with knowledge of ISO standards.
  • •Degree or HND in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience with extensive background in aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
  • •Proven success managing and developing QMS, including customer-facing experience with 8D Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations.
  • •Relevant aerospace auditing experience; Lead Auditor certification preferred and familiarity with AS9100D, AS9102, and ISO 9001.
  • •Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Black Belt or Lean certification desirable, plus knowledge of NADCAP accreditation requirements and documentation control systems.
