Job Summary

Lead and maintain the site Quality Management System to ensure compliance with AS9100D, ISO 9001, and applicable regulatory requirements. Plan and support internal, customer, and certification audits, driving timely closure of findings. Take ownership of Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and continuous improvement, resolve customer quality concerns, and support NPI projects while promoting aerospace Safety Management Systems (SMS) and quality training.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development and maintenance of the site Quality Management System for AS9100D, ISO 9001, and regulatory compliance.
•Plan, coordinate, and support internal, customer, and certification audits, including hosting external audits and closing findings on time.
•Drive Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities and continuous improvement to improve quality performance.
•Manage customer quality concerns and lead resolution activities to maintain customer satisfaction.
•Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and coordinate quality and compliance training, promoting aerospace Safety Management Systems (SMS).

Key Requirements

•Experience in Quality Operations auditing, QMS, and continuous improvement with knowledge of ISO standards.
•Degree or HND in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience with extensive background in aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
•Proven success managing and developing QMS, including customer-facing experience with 8D Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations.
•Relevant aerospace auditing experience; Lead Auditor certification preferred and familiarity with AS9100D, AS9102, and ISO 9001.
•Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Black Belt or Lean certification desirable, plus knowledge of NADCAP accreditation requirements and documentation control systems.
