Mortgage Sales Assistant - Northern California

Support mortgage loan originators with day-to-day sales and customer coordination, serving as the main liaison among MLOs, sourcing agents, customers, vendors, and sales support. Set expectations for rates, appointments, and loan status, confirm application documents, and ensure loan packages are complete before processing. Provide marketing support, build relationships with real estate and lending stakeholders, and assist with cross-selling additional banking products.
