Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. •Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations using clienteling tools and social selling platforms.
•Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
•Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.

Key Requirements

•Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling (preferred).
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and public holidays.
