•Open consumer and business accounts and services to meet branch goals.
•Assess customer needs, cross-sell products and services, and promote deposit account relationships.
•Comply with regulations, policies, and procedures; resolve customer concerns for long-term outcomes.
•May function as a Teller, Teller Supervisor, or Assistant Branch Manager as needed, including assisting with complex new account issues.
•Float between work locations as required, answer inquiries, provide notary/ancillary services, track documentation, and complete BSA/AML and other compliance training.

•Open consumer and business accounts and services, following applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
•Assess customer needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services, supporting branch goals.
