Key Responsibilities

  • •Build deep, long-lasting relationships by providing financial solutions and opportunities to a client portfolio.
  • •Maintain excellence in strategies to increase wallet share and identify product opportunities through ongoing collection, update, and analysis of client financials.
  • •Conduct full needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking, investment, and insurance products based on objectives, risk tolerance, and asset allocations.
  • •Represent the company in community organizations and activities to enhance brand image and maintain/grow a referral network and active prospect pipeline.
  • •Work with external COIs to develop self-sourced business and strengthen business development through existing relationships and COIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Meaningful experience in nontraditional banking financial sales, including recommending solutions and growing relationships with high net worth client portfolios.
  • •Expert knowledge of wealth planning and wealth products, including awareness of macro/microeconomics and local market developments plus relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • •Strong client focus with the ability to deliver needs-based solutions using communication, influence, and sales skills.
  • •Ability to deepen relationships with an existing client base and develop referral sources.
  • •Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 and 65) plus Life and Health insurance licenses required; Mandarin Chinese mandatory.
