Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute national strategy for Tooling Solutions and Industrial Supplies to drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and market expansion.
  • •Oversee industrial tooling rental performance, including power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, tool tracking technology, testing, repair, certification, and related communication solutions.
  • •Direct Industrial Supplies and Consumables including PPE, safety equipment, abrasives, hardware, gloves, jobsite supplies, and related construction products.
  • •Own overall financial performance including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, capital planning, and profitability analysis.
  • •Standardize operational processes and best practices across branches and partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Branch Leadership to align and execute initiatives.

Key Requirements
