Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement advanced customizations and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and the Power Platform. Build and maintain Dynamics 365 modules, plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps, while integrating systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors. Partner with architects and stakeholders, optimize CRM performance, support migrations/upgrades, and contribute to code reviews using Azure DevOps CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
•Create and maintain components such as plugins, workflows, web resources, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
•Design and implement data integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
•Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•Optimize CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, support migrations/upgrades, and participate in code reviews while mentoring junior developers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
•Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Framework/Core.
•Deep knowledge of customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
•Experience with Dataverse and integrating systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
