Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic initiatives with partners to form part of the Mercado Envíos ecosystem and drive performance improvements.
•Design and execute data-driven projects to improve efficiency and customer experience in the last mile network.
•Analyze results, identify root causes of deviations, and define impactful action plans.
•Build business cases to support expansion and evolution of the Mercado Envíos network and optimize resource costs.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives with regional teams, product, finance and operations, and identify growth opportunities and new logistics solutions (e.g., same-day shipping).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería de Producción or related fields)
•8+ years of experience in similar roles with leadership experience
•Strong data skills: SQL and Excel, with experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio, Looker, BigQuery) a plus
•Experience in Project Management and logistics or supply chain roles
•Strong negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
