Job Summary

Own technical deliveries for IAM infrastructure in a global delivery model, including environment builds, application deployment, patching/releases, migrations, and upgrades. Maintain and proactively monitor IAM infrastructure across environments, ensuring implementation procedures and documentation are ready for 24/7/365 operations. Collaborate with project managers, business, and development teams to plan changes in pre-production middleware, automate deployment/monitoring via scripts, and support root-cause analysis and security patching.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver IAM infrastructure work including environment builds, application deployment, patching/releases, server migrations, and application upgrades.
•Maintain and proactively monitor IAM infrastructure across environments, following implementation processes and procedures.
•Document upgrade and implementation procedures for handover to operations and maintain system administration guidelines and policies.
•Develop automation by writing/modifying scripts for deployment, maintenance, and system monitoring; manage file and disk operations and log extraction.
•Support planned upgrades/rollouts and changes in pre-production middleware, handle service inquiries, and perform root-cause analysis with follow-up reporting and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree.
•Prior experience in IAM management and Windows Server environments.
•Experience working in L3 roles within a global delivery team model.
•Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, and global IAM concepts, including IAM tools and applications.
•Strong knowledge of Windows environments (servers/workstations) plus infrastructure topics such as GPO and LDAP, with PowerShell and troubleshooting experience.
