Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee night-shift production operations in the manufacturing process, providing direct or indirect supervision of hourly production employees. •Coordinate production operations by following plans and schedules in coordination with maintenance, quality control, shipping, and production personnel.
•Assign and communicate shift responsibilities and schedules for production personnel.
•Supervise and evaluate job performance for direct or indirect hourly production employees, including off-shift personnel.
•Ensure safety compliance by ordering safety equipment and conducting safety inspections per guidelines.
•Review production data, assist teams in resolving problems, and help coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for production machinery.

•Associate’s Degree or two years of college/technical school, or equivalent education and experience.
