Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive high-quality content benchmarking across BPO teams, supporting onboarding, training, and policy calibration/arbitration
  • •Manage content labeling for assigned queues, analyzing labeled data to identify trends and deliver insights to project teams
  • •Train and improve models with large labeled datasets, including iterative training and reinforcement learning for better decision accuracy
  • •Analyze moderation and labeling data across queues to derive process or market-specific trends and support impact analysis
  • •Maintain quality artifacts for the moderation scope and use tools/technology to improve individual and team output quality

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field
  • •3+ years of experience in AI data operations leveraging AI/ML for content quality management, product operations, or analytics
  • •Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • •Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • •Fluency in English, and proficiency in Chinese to support Chinese-speaking markets
