Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate and test next-generation, large-scale thermal, pressure, and liquid management solutions.
  • •Perform qualification tests for cutting-edge cooling and sensing solutions and analyze thermal performance and fluid dynamics results.
  • •Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in thermal liquid cooling stations to maintain continuous development lab activity.
  • •Maintain and update hardware and software versions across thermal systems per engineering specifications.
  • •Perform initial RCA on thermal system failures and produce documentation, fail reports, corrective/preventive suggestions, and maintenance routines.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 4 years of expertise in liquid cooling thermal integration and implementation.
  • •Hands-on experience with liquid cooling management, including chillers, CDUs, and monitoring systems.
  • •Strong communication skills to bridge gaps between diverse technical and functional groups.
  • •Ability to support multiple complex projects simultaneously and travel to CM sites as needed.
