Maintenance Technician III

Maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, reliable, high-quality production. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, equipment recoveries, and long-term down (LTD) recoveries while diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum system issues. Use schematics, diagnostic tools, and data analysis for root-cause fixes, maintain detailed documentation and shift handoffs, support spare-parts inventory planning, and drive continuous improvement with a safety-first mindset.
