Key Responsibilities

•Perform grain unloading, milling, yeasting, mashing, fermentation, distillation, and barrel fill operations per standard operating procedures.
•Monitor boiler room operations, respond to alarms, and troubleshoot with maintenance support.
•Track plant metrics and operational performance, resolving issues and maintaining accurate records.
•Coordinate distillery schedule to support proper fermentation and distillation timing and meet proof requirements.
•Perform sanitation duties and support barrel unload/inspection and loading as needed, including other assigned projects.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Must be at least 21 years of age.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time with minimal supervision.
•Demonstrated ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, multiply, subtract, etc.).
•Ability to work physically on a nightly shift, including climbing ladders/stairs and pushing/pulling over 100 pounds.
