Job Summary

Lead pre-sales engagements and provide deep technical guidance to understand customer requirements, demonstrate Contentsquare’s value, and design tailored, scalable solutions. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure seamless handover, while advocating for customers and gathering market insights to influence product and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Pre-Sales Engagements: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate Contentsquare's value proposition through tailored presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts.
•Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge and insights about Contentsquare's platform, including integrations, data flows, and analytics capabilities. Position our platform solution to fit the criteria of the customer with a value-driven approach.
•Solution Design: Architect and design customized solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging Contentsquare's suite of products.
•Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning Contentsquare's solutions effectively.
•Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation of solutions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, solution engineering or related customer-facing technical role within the SaaS industry.
•Proficiency in web and app technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Proven ability to analyse complex customer requirements and design effective solutions.
•Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and success.
