Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the regional partner sourcing strategy for SMB benefits, including identifying, negotiating, and managing benefit providers.
  • •Partner with local markets to identify, package, and commercialize attractive benefit packages.
  • •Collaborate with VCS global colleagues to define and prioritize benefit enrollment/management features and capabilities.
  • •Create and standardize processes to support simplified sales, implementation, and onboarding at scale.
  • •Develop KPIs to monitor performance for each benefit and regional portfolio, serving as an SME internally and externally.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •Deep product management experience in commercial/B2B payments and small business software.
  • •Proven track record of developing and executing a product vision based on customer needs.
  • •Experience negotiating commercial agreements with external partners.
  • •Ability to own and manage a dynamic budget across multiple stakeholders in multiple regions.
