Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consumer service that exceeds expectations during assigned hours, aligned with store convenience.
  • •Drive individual sales and KPI achievement daily, weekly, and monthly, correcting or improving performance actions.
  • •Maintain inventory care and reliability, supporting cycle and fiscal inventory counts and operational tasks.
  • •Maintain and propose improvements to product visual presentation standards to attract customers and increase sales.
  • •Participate in training, meetings, counts, and stay updated on brand data and fashion trends to engage consumers consistently.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably high school education partially or fully completed; desirable partial/complete bachelor’s in economics, business administration, tourism, or service-focused fields.
  • •Preferably 1 year of experience as a sales associate in textile, accessories, and/or footwear retail.
  • •Desirable basic knowledge of KPIs (sales indicators).
  • •Ability and interest in sales and image advisory (good communication).
  • •Availability to work shifts; preferably live near the assigned store; intermediate English is desirable.
