Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute a multi-platform posting calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • •Oversee content scheduling, posting, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with employer branding goals.
  • •Engage daily with followers by responding to comments, messages, and candidate inquiries to strengthen community trust.
  • •Build and maintain a repurposing engine, converting long-form videos, testimonials, or internal features into short-form and viral-ready clips.
  • •Collaborate with Employer Branding, Recruitment, and Design teams to ensure tone, visuals, and messaging consistency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 35,000 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or employer branding.
  • •Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts for brand or talent-focused content.
