Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of project delivery and coordination, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, labor compliance, and closeout.
  • •Evaluate architectural and engineering proposals and recommend execution, contracting, and award strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Two years of full-time paid professional experience in project or construction management for Education Construction projects valued over $15M, including working within DSA.
  • •Experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • •Experience with LEED-certified projects and/or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
  • •Possess required credentials/licensure: a valid Certificate of Registration as a Professional Engineer by the State Board, and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), and/or Architect License; CCM may substitute for required education.
