Own the technical architecture and governance of a secure, scalable Salesforce platform, partnering with product managers and enterprise architects to turn complex business strategies into robust solutions. Lead end-to-end design across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Billing/CPQ lifecycle, including ERP integration with Sage Intacct. Establish standards and CI/CD maturity, enforce security and compliance, and mentor developers through design reviews and complex debugging.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Salesforce platform’s technical architecture and governance, ensuring enterprise-grade scalability, security, and performance.
•Define and enforce global development standards, branching strategies, design patterns, and CI/CD maturity models for the Salesforce team.
•Architect end-to-end solutions across Sales and Service Clouds, and drive Experience Cloud architecture using Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) for secure portals.
•Lead the quote-to-cash and billing architecture, including Salesforce Billing/CPQ lifecycle oversight and synchronization between Salesforce Billing and Sage Intacct/ERP.
•Act as the technical escalation point, lead design reviews, and mentor senior and mid-level developers and administrators.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of dedicated Salesforce development and architecture experience, including architecting enterprise-scale deployments across Sales, Service, Experience, and Salesforce Billing.
•Mastery of programmatic Salesforce development (Apex, advanced LWC architecture, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing) and knowledge of declarative vs. programmatic approaches.
•Advanced expertise in Salesforce Billing and CPQ, including ledger impacts, payment gateways, and ERP integration for billing/ledger flows.
•Experience with integration and event-driven architecture using middleware platforms, OAuth authentication, and streaming APIs (e.g., Platform Events, Pub/Sub API).
•Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience (Copado, Salto, Gearset, or Jenkins) with source-driven development (Git), plus strong data sharing and security architecture fundamentals.
