Key Responsibilities

  • •Own internal communication for customer service advisors within the CRC training/quality scope.
  • •Help develop internal and external knowledge bases (FAQ and documentation) with CRC and other Edenred teams.
  • •Support the adoption of customer-relationship processes by end users in collaboration with CRC stakeholders.
  • •Work with CRC teams (advisors, managers, operational project leads, continuous improvement owners) and related directions to drive continuous improvement.
