Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop processes and procedures to ensure financial governance for deal quoting and approval workflows.
  • •Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and RevOps on deal questions, including creating pricing options for standard-SKU deals and enabling a term/prepay tradeoff framework.
  • •Review deals against policy, approving or routing for additional sign-off as needed.
  • •Interpret contract language to flag financial, accounting, or operational risk terms and involve Legal or Pricing when appropriate.
  • •Build and maintain reporting on discounting trends, deal cycle time, and policy exceptions, plus ad hoc GTM/Finance analysis.

Key Requirements
