•Partner with experienced leadership to lead and direct the day-to-day activities of frontline associates.
•Follow and help others follow all safety initiatives to maintain a zero-accident culture.

•College degree required (associate, bachelors, graduate) or completed by the MIT start date.
•Ability to relocate within the company geographic footprint.
•Experience developing interpersonal skills to interact effectively with others.
•Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information, environments, and challenges.
