Key Responsibilities

  • •Support production across the Northern Europe market as the production-side point of contact for projects.
  • •Manage pre-production logistics, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up processes.
  • •Assess technical riders and propose required changes aligned to budget targets.
  • •Build, maintain, and monitor production budgets across feasibility, sign-off, and operations; manage event P&Ls.
  • •Lead due diligence on partners/suppliers and develop long-term national deals to support geographic expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
  • •Fluent English and preferably one of the Nordic languages (Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian).

  • •Comfortable with technical production requirements and understanding of permitting processes.
  • •Strong communication skills and a proven track record building positive working relationships.
