Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow costing process and timeline to complete each round cost submission with accurate and timely inputs.
  • •Review CBD of NPI styles and provide cost reduction suggestions or raise cost issues to drive reductions early in development.
  • •Negotiate pricing with T1 and T2 to meet margin objectives and consolidate cost information to support costing model setup.
  • •Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities using commodity price tracker and labor wage data for annual cost adjustments.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to update and verify costing inputs and reports (e.g., supplier quotes/material contents, price confirmation, cost summary, and VA/E&O checks).

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of costing experience in the footwear industry.
  • •Education: college or above.
  • •Excellent English in both written and oral.
  • •Good at price negotiation.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
