Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead test planning, execution, reporting, and evaluation of the system under test (software and/or hardware).
  • •Gen erate and execute evaluation test plans and reports focusing on system functionality and safety considerations.
  • •Coordinate test events at test sites, manage configuration of test assets, and track maintenance and asset requirements.
  • •Conduct pre/post flight briefings and manage test events with pilots, SME, and operations personnel.
  • •Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams and collect flight-test metrics such as sortie information and delays.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor’s degree or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
  • •Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to strengthen channels within the team and externally.
  • •Methodical, thorough, and detail oriented.
  • •Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • •Current or able to acquire FAA 14 CFR Part 107: Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems certification and FAA Part 61 (ground test complete is the only requirement).
