Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day support for servers and systems, including remote support for Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft SQL, file servers, and Exchange 2019/hybrid O365.
  • •Coordinate, plan, and document IT projects and server-system changes.
  • •Design, develop, and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes, procedures, and infrastructure; participate in DR exercises.
  • •Maintain and support security policy and procedures, including endpoint security controls (anti-virus, web filtering, email filtering).
  • •Develop, monitor, and report information security performance metrics, identify non-compliance, and ensure security findings are resolved.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • •MCSA: Windows Server or MCSE: Server Infrastructure (or comparable) preferred.
  • •Citrix CCA, CCAA, CCEE, or CCIA preferred.
  • •7+ years enterprise data center/server and Windows administration experience.
  • •Experience with security tooling and practices, including CISSP certification and familiarity with vulnerability/SIEM tools (e.g., Alert Logic, Nexpose/Rapid7).
