Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with US-based teams to translate strategy into clear backlogs, requirements, and delivery plans.
  • •Maintain backlog hygiene by ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for engineering execution.
  • •Manage dependencies across multiple streams and keep stakeholders accountable for inputs needed to keep LAB49 delivery on track.
  • •Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and requirement walkthroughs with clients and squads.
  • •Provide hands-on product execution for a single stream and ensure delivery discipline aligns with client outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in technology, with a minimum of 5+ years in product execution, and 5+ in delivery management.
  • •Strong ability to translate strategy into execution, clarify requirements, and ensure delivery with predictable outcomes.
  • •Strong command of Agile delivery methods, project governance, risk management, and financial oversight.
  • •5+ years managing teams of 5+ people.
  • •Excellent English communication (C1+ level) and collaboration skills.
