Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide system and software solutions to reduce manufacturing cost and cycle time while improving yield and product quality.
  • •Explore and introduce new systems, including AI-powered analytics and automation tools, to improve operational efficiency.
  • •Define software specifications and develop, document, modify, and support software applications throughout the development lifecycle.
  • •Own and govern assigned enterprise applications as system lead, ensuring availability and performance; manage databases and establish backup/recovery requirements.
  • •Apply project management to lead improvement and development efforts, and mentor peers by creating training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Computing.
  • •Familiarity with practical AI technologies and tools (M365 Copilot), with AI agent creation experience being an advantage.
  • •Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C#, ASP.net, SQL, Angular, and HTML (or similar).
  • •Knowledge of database technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle, and Snowflake.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, plus the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across levels.
